5. And Calling Her A Drug Addict
On top of rapping about sexual relations with his mom, Eminem loves rapping about how much of a junkie she is. Evident in multiple songs, the one that got him in the most hot water was in the Slim Shady LP‘s “My Name Is,” as Mathers declares that his “mom does more dope than [he] do[es].”
This line, along with many others, prompted Eminem’s mom to sue her son for 10 million dollars on charges of libel. Mama Mathers won the case, but received far less than her asking price: only a measly 1,600 dollars.
This wouldn’t be the first or the last lawsuit coming Eminem’s way because of his lyrics.
