6. He Recorded A Folk Album
While he was serving as Burlington’s mayor, to help boost a local recording studio, Bernie recorded a “We Are The World”-style folk album with a couple dozen Vermont musicians to serving as backup singers. Initially released only on cassette, it was re-released during his presidential campaign on CD and digitally.
