6. He First Auditioned For ‘X Factor’ In 2009
Louis first tried out on The X Factor back in 2009, but he didn’t make it past the first round! In 2010, he tried out again. Although he was rejected as a solo artist, Simon Cowell called him back to be put together with a few other guys to form a group — and, of course, that group became One Direction.
