Plan Breaks and Meals/Snacks
Shopping on Black Fridays can give you an atrocious headache; especially when things aren’t going the way you want them to. This will only get worse if you don’t give yourself some time to rest in the middle of your escapade and fuel up properly. Doing so will also make it less likely for you to make bad decisions. Packing healthy (portable) snacks is suggested; try to stay away from sugary stuff they will only lead to a horrible crash later on. Some stores even hand out small snacks to keep you going! Remember its usually the middle of the night when you are shopping so make sure to bring a beverage with a little caffeine.
