This Experiment Proves Whey Bullying Needs to STOP!

Many scientific studies have consistently indicated that negative thoughts (depression) have serious negative implications on the body which makes sense.  A disease in the mind will surely wreak havoc on the body. Now it’s understandable that negative thoughts are simply unavoidable; we as humans would not even know what to do with our lives if we didn’t have problems to solve. However letting negativity consistently flourish in your mind – on things one has no control over – is dangerous.

Another issue behind a negative mindset is that it’s contagious. Not only does a serial pessimist corrupt their own body, but their thoughts and words are severely hazardous to those who receive it.

To put the theory to test, Masaru Emoto conducted a series of experiments on water.  After distilling water, he would introduce words like “love”, “hate”, “You make me sick. I will kill you” and more. He would then freeze the water and observe the crystals they formed. His studies showed that the water that was treated with kindness formed beautiful crystals while negative speech made the crystals to appear very putrid. He also used different types of music;

“When the words “thank you” were taped to a bottle of distilled water, the frozen crystals had a similar shape to the crystals formed by water that had been exposed to Bach’s “Goldberg Variations” – music composed out of gratitude to the man it was named for.

When water samples were bombarded with heavy metal music or labeled with negative words, or when negative thoughts and emotions were focused intentionally upon them, such as “Adolf Hitler”, the water did not form crystals at all and displayed chaotic, fragmented structures.”

Also, water distilled from clean water (spring water) resulted in beautiful crystals whereas the one derived from polluted areas produced rancid results.

Given that more than half of the body is made of water, it is ever so important to realize the precarious outcome of negative thinking. Usually, a good portion of our hostile thoughts come from our gloomy past experiences that persistently fester in our thoughts; you must find it in yourself to move on. After all, there has to be a reason why forgive and forget is a philosophy preached by (almost) all religions. Talking to friends and family about your problems is also healthy – but do not give them brunt of your wrath. Seeing how our words and intentions impact other materials, we encourage you to treat everyone around you with nothing but kindness; considering how cynical the world is today, carrying this attitude is now more important than others. So respect others and their choices and try not to convey any hostility – especially if the motif is to please you.

The best way to cope with negativity is to let time heal it and occupying yourself with productivity; just do not let your mind sit idle and let negative thoughts take you on a downward spiral.
