Apple cider vinegar has numerous benefits. 1. Mixing it with honey and cayenne pepper can help soothe a sore throat. 2. To improve hair health; simply rinse your hair with 50-50 solution of apple cider vinegar and cold water after shampooing – this is also known to also rid dandruff. 3. Deodorizing smelly feet; soak thick paper towels in apple cider vinegar and apply to help get rid of the smell. 4. Regulating digestion; put 2-3 spoons of apple cider vinegar in warm water and drink the solution – works best when done on an empty stomach. 5. Removing stains on teeth; rub apple cider vinegar on yellow teeth to get some pearly whites. 6. Skin benefits: soak a towel in a diluted apple cider solution and apply to face and like magic you’ll get smoother skin. This is due to the acidic properties in the vinegar that act as an exfoliant.
