3. Gain Weight and Drop a Clothing Size
Most people assume that being able to fit into a smaller size means losing weight, but this isn’t always the case. The best way to fit into your skinny jeans is to put on muscle weight. We aren’t saying that you should consume more calories, what we are saying is hit the weight room at the gym to build some muscle! Once you start working out you’ll most likely gain weight because of the new muscle you’ve added. Don’t worry because you are one step closer to a hot body. So don’t be afraid to hit the gym and put on some (muscle!) weight and watch your clothing size drop.
