4. To Eat Less Overall, Eat More
We know the idea seems counter intuitive, but it works. Behind the principal of “eating more” are a few reasons why it works. Eating more foods that are high in fiber and water is one part of the theory. Most of the time, foods loaded with fiber are lower in calories so you can eat more of them, we’re talking vegetables, fruits and whole grains.
Another reason it works has to do with meal planning, you can feel okay about eating throughout the day if you have smaller meals. Split your breakfast, lunch and dinner into two, so you’ll be eating six smaller meals instead of large ones just at meal time. Last tip make sure to eat breakfast doing so substantially revs up your metabolism and allows your body to burn extra calories.
