5. When You are , Skip the Energy Drinks
We know it’s easy to reach for that delicious caffeine and sugar rush, but before you do try a large glass of water or if possible a quick nap. Energy drinks are not only loaded with sugar, but contain artificial (and other questionable) ingredients and ridiculous amounts of caffeine. Some people even find themselves developing an addiction and often consume more than one can in a sitting. A terrible mistake considering most cans already have 2 servings worth and contain more than your daily intake of sugar. Ultimately, you have to ask yourself if a short term benefit is worth ingesting hazardous substances that do long term damage.
